Time to eliminate bands. Too many of them playing nonsense, not worth listening to. Almost all medium bands, so poor, have to resort to old music. The calypsoians, mas people, children carnival all come with new stuff. Steelbands still playing old tunes. And you want money. Not acceptable at all. Have all qualify during the year, some type of competition, to be selected for the panorama competition following year.
Come on people, think quality and bring a good product.
Yuh make each band register all their players with PAN TRINBAGO -- and then you build a database.This is 2019 so we want PICTURE ID and fingerprint and address and phone number.
By the time you pull out all the duplicate and triplicate names yuh end up with about 6,500 players.
Then PAN TRINBAGO sets a rule that says: Bands have to have registered players of 30 or more to belong to the organization. End of story!!!
About the music: Is plenty new garbage music coming out every year. So we will have to have a big conference to make policy on that issue!!!
