Just for the record! I was encouraged to write about our accomplishment after reading about Crazy this am. The Gratitude Steel Band has been longing to sing Gospelypso with steel pan accompaniment since 1988. We have release our 1st all original cd + arrangement of "How Great Thou Art" and "Higher Higher". This cd will be online for purchase Jan 15 and will begin air play in Michigan & Ohio Jan 1, 2010 0n the TGSB Label. Rev. Daniel Parks while in our recording studio from Tuna Puna. Trinidad & Tobago. He commented that this recorded combination of pans Gospel Vocals percussion with other instruments is an awesome break thru! Rev. Daniel Parks does strong mission work for Prison Fellowship International in Trinidad & Tobago and has used The Gratitude Steel Band in fund raisers for that mission...
