  • Ian, my brother, your memory does not serve you right. I personally believe that Pan in Honey was one of the best ever, having said that, greater minds have it, that but for an error by the guy who was the statue forgetting to come down in the FINALS, yes they did make the finals, Renegades would have won that panorama. Also taking off the canopies in Rant and Rave did not work because the music, as a result of the wind, went down to QRC. Renegades, my friend, was way out front in both competitions. They are saying in both instances those losses were self inflicted. Last year was another story, some people are simply saying that their tune was better, musically speaking. But they aren't complaining only whispering. Let's not fight about such trivialities but look forward to the 10th. Musical Heaven. Much Love.

    • Patrick

No worries, man.  Music for so on the 10th. Peace!

      • Love, my brother, I think this will be the most competitive panorama ever in terms of musical awareness. it is truly a pan lover's dream. I leave on Thursday and have never been more excited to go to the pan yard.

  • Katzenjammers beating first was at a disadvantage as their interpretation of Lorraine is one of the sweetest pieces i've heard for the year. And i agree this appears to be the year for Duvone Stewart as Pan Elders is way above the rest. Maybe they should just have a competition for 2nd place from now on in the Medium category as the winner done fix. Anything could play with the large bands as us couch judges will never know what the real judges hear as some of their positioning always leave me with my head shaking.

  • This guy Duvone Stewart all he does is win. If Renegades win the Panorama this year he could easily rack up a string of victories. He wins in bunches, he is the real deal. This band thought they should have won the panorama last year and without any public criticism or outcry they are going about their business hoping to make things right. They are not blaming anybody but themselves for letting three go, The Statue, Rant and Rave and last year vowing to never let it happen again. This is one classy band.

    • Patrick, Really!

The Statue over DESPERADOES ''PAN IN HARMONY'.  If my memory serves me right, Renegades did not make the finals. in 1976. As for Rant and Rave, The Volcano reigned Supreme and Renegades decided to remove their Canopies for the finals in an attempt to derail Desperadoes. '91

  • How on earth could a band like Power Stars go from 2nd in the Prelims to 14th in the Semis. Something sounding fishy  here Gregory Lindsay.

    • Arthur: POWER STARS look like they pick up some PANS from the side of the road and gather a few fellahs together and show up on the stage. The WACK broadcasters was hard on them. And dem ugly yellow PANS on the right side of the stage took me back 60 YEARS!!! They did well to come LAST!!!

    • Allyuh jest like to encourage nonesense...

  • Look like the PANORAMA done!!!

    Duvone MEDIUM!!! Duvone LARGE!!!
