She say she players eh PUSHING NO PAN ON THE ROAD.

I totally agree with her. Why should she? With children building robots that can push and pull pan rack, why should she? I recently saw a robot that was built from parts from a garbage dump by a Nigerian child. And if you don't like robots I've been told elephants are the smartest animals in the world. A few elephants could be rented and negotiated with for a price a lot cheaper than the trucks to control and steer the racks from a child's gaming console 3000 miles away. And yes there are a lot of children who could do this with their video games, but due to child labor laws it is best to stick to elephants.

  • The FUN of Playing Pan is long gone, that is why the Industry is SUFFERING! Find ways of making the younger generation try to preserve our Culture with Love and Joy.The Administrators you have SUCK and is doing nothing but promoting themselves  and finding ways to build their Bank books,, instead of doing things to Educate & Development the Pan Industry. Find a Compromise, pushing Pan is hard but it brought the people closer to the Art, since it is up on a Truck the personal touch is gone. Everything is Commercialized now and Money is the Key to it ALL!

    • Jan, I like your post, I believe the best way to bring everyone together is having bands roll through the Savannah in the Panorama preliminary as it was back in the day. There is a tremendous learning curve here.

      • Claude doh like "back in the day". He doh even like "once upon a time". I remember yesterday more than I do today. Eh Claude?

  • She say "she players eh pushing no pan on de road" As a player I don't remember pushing pan on de road. Supporters from the community did that ...with pride...to town and back. Buh dais a long time ago.

    • A song for you MERCER!!!

  • Health and safety hazard! Have you seen the size of elephant dung?

    • Robert it is all natural.  It is far less hazardous than the fumes generated by the trucks engines, the magnetic field generated by generators, the volume of sound that can leave you permanently hearing impaired and the damage to you  by causing heart arrhythmia. Of course the dung can be used in agriculture as a fertilizer or fuel - not mention the economic boost by creating a job for someone to take care of that valuable by-product. But if you like we can create a robot to take care of that too.
