You, the WST members are the most intelligent, knowledgeable, talented and experienced steelpan music folks on the planet.  And in keeping with that spirit of needing to have the 411 (info) all the time so that WST folks can remain in the know- here are the 2011 Trinidad and Tobago National Panorama Rules and Regulation as published by Pan Trinbago. Pan Trinbago is the producer of the 2011 contest. WST recommends that all fans interested in the panorama competition become familiar with this years rules.
