The PRO of Pan Trinbago, Mr Michael Joseph, eMailed the 'Address' document indicated to all the considered pan media houses on the 27th November 2016. The 'Address' document is available here (PDF) and some aspects of the overdue Players Panorama 2016 fees is also discussed.

This is the problem I see with Pan Trinbago and it leadership, they play on the emotional weakness of pan people with statements like this…Steelpan, oh what an invention, it should be the pride of our nation, but what ah seeing, lord it have mih grieving, why is the Steel bands still suffering? (Merchant 1985)
They are the World Governing Body for Steel Pan and they act like it’s not in their control to change this argument or how they are being perceived. Basic Leadership/Management training 101, if you are 100% responsible you do whatever it takes. If you are not qualified then give the job to someone capable of producing positive RESULTS. If you are an organization and you can’t decide what your main function is, then it’s time to dismantle and regroup.
