It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of Everald Flores this past Monday. In New York Everald played many years with Silhouetts Steel Orch. then later with Golden Harps.

Classmates we were at CIC in the sixties...Everard was usually the life of the party in Form Four D with other brothers like Fred St.Hill, Hosein, Barradas, Ainsworth Mohammed [ Exodus' manager], and many others....He was truly a great friend and someone worth knowing. My condolences to his family. Rest in peace my friend.
One love to Lorraine, Patrick & big brother Puddy. Yes those were the days!! many young uns today would never have the pleasure of living in a "community' as one. There were no drive bys, no terrorists, no rudeness & disrespect to our elders. Oh yes, the good old days, I lived on Sackville Street from 5-10 yrs old,(53 yrs ago :( ouch!) the Flores family along with the Beddoes, Monica & Linda, Keith, the Taitt family with the boat shed, OK, thats enough, makes me feel very emotional and melancholy, not only for the loss but at this time of year when Trinis reign, we are in this big "State!"............no way can this ever be like the good old days. Prayers & thoughts to you all, my Trini family, Shirls of 35a.
My condolences. Everard was a classmate, the drummer for Starlift's stage side and very humorous especially when we limed on Sackville street.
