Very heavily male! Young people, who think, may not have a feel for this process, while they may enjoy their role in playing Pan.
The young people need a dynamic and aggressive leader to come to the fore in the next 30 days.
If they sit back and watch the elections unfold without participation some old corrupt leader will take charge of Pan Trinbago and hold power for the next 9 to 12 years while they exploit the Free Labour of the youth.
They should demand 3 spots on the new executive or threaten to put down sticks for the next Panorama.
Dolly and Gypsy and Pan Trinbago need the Panorama more than anybody else.
So call their bluff and DEMAND representation.
