This is madness, why not count them as they go up to the stage (on the drag)? What a waste of time and it's harder to count them on stage than when they pass by.
This will only kill the focus and energy of the band...any delay will do that. Poor Exodus, will Desperadoes suffer the same delay?

It seems like such an arbitrary rule that required much more pre-planning than was obviously undertaken. If they were truly serious they would have enforced the rule prior to the bands entering the stage, say in the staging area. Wrist bands could have been issued and we would have had a smoother transition.
