  • Anyone remembers Despers "Pan in Honey." Bradley, in my opinion, the best of all Pan arrangements EVER period!

  • I'll never forget a J'ouvert placard from that year ,

    "Pan eh ha' money"

  • Doesn't it seem like you can take any album from the late Lord Kitchener, close your eyes, pick a tune and come up with a fine calypso that's ready made for pan?

    Incredible!

(Notice I didn't use the expression "pan tune"?

I'm beginning to think that description degrades the musical and lyrical value of a good calypso.)

  • The single greatest moment in this song is "BAAASS" in the third and fourth choruses...and to this day Pan in Harmony is still the best ever Panorama arrangement by Bradley for Desperadoes...and for me, best Panorama arrangement of all time...
  • This is STILL the greatest piece of music that was created for the steelband. Kitchener himself said that he could never compose something like this ever again. So true.
