Pat Bishop we love you.<3. So true.

To me this tune has the movements that is ideally suited to the arranging style of Trinidad All Stars . An excellent Composition which would  surely have the Panorama very competitive . Congrats to Boogsie , GB and their Crew and all the Best to Phase 2 for we all look forward to their performances every year . Thanks .

Sound good.....lots and lots of room for Boogsie to infuse his genius......but I have also heard DeFosto's compositions .....and they give way to a lot of arrangement as well .....I think this Panorama is going to be a Classic.....believe me.....there are other excellent compositions that would incite other great arrangers to show their ability .........I am excited and anxious....can't wait

best pan song in yearsssssssss

Comment by VALENTINE YOUNG on January 10, 2012 at 9:26am

Boogsie has continued to amaze me with his musical ability, for some one who has no musical teachings to consistantly come up with these sweet musical melodies year after year, is one of the reason he is considered the '''Mozart of Pan.''' We must thank Almighty God our Creator for the gift of the Steelband and Boogsie. All respect to the other greats. Sounds like a Winner!!!!

Way to go, Boogsie, true Trinbagonian folk music, different road from the usual, never heard a pan tune like this

before. Great idea to have the Lydian Singers do this one, make way for a challenging arrangement and performance from a 'boss' band, Phase II. I can Pat saying 'That Sharpe boy is searching for my spirit and I

know he has found it, good luck to you Boogsie and the band'.

This one would rock the big yard when the phase hit the stage and playing poss 6 and hearing the voices of the pans playing this would make pat happy another master pice by boggise again peace and love blessing always

Comment by Robert Saldenha on January 4, 2012 at 6:06pm

Of all the tunes which i have heard so far, i was considering "Vibes" and Ajala tunes de best.   Maybe because Destra has a better voice than the others, and Ajala's tune has the spirit more than the others.    However this tune is entirely different from what we have heard over the years.

We will wait and see.

Pip - nice one. Pat certainly was an Archbishop in the religion of steelpan music. It's always nice to honour our greats in this musical style of tribute. Pat must be smiling from ear to ear. Keep the music flowing my brother! Your music is timeless and so will this tribute. One Love and God Bless.
