    WST is not in error.  

    Mr. Oxley submitted a sheet of lyrics with data "Lyrics by Allan Oxley and Keith Anderson."  He has since re-submitted his material, removing Keith Anderson's name from credits as lyricist.

    The details for "Heavy on Pan" have now been re-edited, with Allan Oxley documented as the sole composer, eliminating Keith Anderson's name, as per his revised submission.
