  I've not been able to determine with certainty who gave us this fine arrangement.
  
  Some say it's Earl Brooks sr, but Earl Brooks jr said it was Achaiba, and he is in a position to know.
  
  When I find out for sure, I'll post it.

  This arrangement is by Earl Brooks, NOT Steve Achaiba.

  Love this arrangement--tight and clean. What an education I get from WST.  This is the 1st time I have heard of Mr.Steve Achiba.  oh for another lifetime.
