Wow!!!!!
Ian, this is good info for panfolks. This is the history that every Trinbagoian should know to heart. 1st world countries would have made sure that every child learn this info TO HEART as pillars of their culture. When will we start? Keep this Info coming my brother.
Just some trivia: Since 1994, Robert Greenidge has not arranged a winning panorama tune for Desperadoes at his last 7 solo attempts. The following are the drought years of the other greats.
Mr. Pelham Goddard 1993 through 2000, 8 years
Mr. Jit Samaroo 1998 until his retirement in 2007, 10 years
Mr. Clive Bradley 1984 through 1997, 14 years
Mr. Len Sharpe 1989 through 2004, 14 years (did not compete in 1994 & 1995)
Mr. Leon Edwards 1987 thorough 2001, 5 years (did not compete in 1988 through 1997)
Since Mr. Ray Holman's 1971 victory he has not been successful in 16 attempts
This performance ranks among the best by Desperadoes. Robbie Greenidge's arrangement is CLASSIC!!
