I had gotten a video tape of the '84 panorama many years ago, but somehow whoever recorded it must have fallen asleep .
All I got was Exodus coming on stage, and then leaving. So I got all the big band performances for the final night except Exodus.
That was too bad, but I guess I have to be thankful for what I got.
Those were all outstanding arrangements, Kenneth Headley.
Unfortunately, we only have the two Bally calypsos.
(Me eh fighting and Lucifer)
maybe someone can post these other tunes, I'd love to hear them especially their version"Lucy"
Most likely the arranger was Desmond Waite. Ray Holman was the arranger the following year (1987) with his composition titled "Pan Woman".
And, pan people, If ever you are curious about the moves and antics of the traditional flagman, from before Kitch brought the "flag woman" into vogue, check out Exodus' flagman.
(Not the devil guy, the other one)
I'm not sure about the arranger, but I would tend to believe it was Pelham.
Anyone who knows, please correct me , or verify.
