We Kinda Music " by Tobago's Our Boys Steel Orchestra was composed and arranged by Andy Narell, and was featured on their 1991 album (cd) "Pan Progress".This album was produced by Mr Narell during the band's tenure in the US, and I think it is one of the cleanest, best sounding steelband albums I've ever heard, and a credit to all involved in its production. At that time the band was led by the former head of Pan Trinbago and current head of the NCC Mr Patrick Arnold , who also tuned the pans. This is an unheralded album that should be on the shelf of any serious pan music collector.

What Andy is doing in terms of arrangement he is alone I never heard anything like this, just beautiful.
Andy produces the best steelband music, you hear what every section is playing.
I totally agree, Glenroy....clean sonics. Their earlier 1988 LP & CD: Pan Night & Day (also produced by Andy Narell) is worthwhile having.
