Just another teaser for the pan trivia lovers. In 1987 there were "six firsts". (1) First time Phase II won Panorama, (2) Fisrt time a female sang the winning panorama tune, (3) First time an un-sponsored band won.

How unfortunate....1987 was Merry Tones' first appearance at a Panorama Finals....we performed in positioned no 12 and subsequently placed 12th...unfortunately the producers of this video didn't see it fit to include us...how sad indeed....I hope this 'back-times' series keeps going though because we were 5th in 1990....maybe we'll have our day in the sun then...
