    I'm in bed sick today, but I just discovered some of the best medicine known to humankind - steel band music. I just gorged myself on almost 2 hours of non-stop pan music from "When Steel Talks," featuring Skiffle Bunch, Junior Pouchet & Silver Stars, Earl Rodney and Jason Baptiste, Steel Xplosion and many more.
    I'm feeling better already.
