The opening of the festival was done by Deputy Mayor, Junia Regrello, Chairman of the SFCC Carnival Committee. There were two venues for judging, Band Stand, Harris Promenade as well as SAPA - Southern Academy for the Performing Arts on Lady Hales Ave, Sando. - Captured by Hollis Clifton
