$150M CARNIVAL DEBT

MINISTER of the Arts and Multiculturalism Dr Lincoln Douglas will give $190 million to cover Carnival costs, but most of it, $150 million, will be used to pay debts incurred since 2010, he told yesterday’s post-Cabinet news briefing at the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM), St Clair.

  • This is the BIG CORRUPTION every year the NCC in cahoots with the Contractors who put up the North Stand - BREAK IT DOWN only to put it up again year after year - CASH COW for the NCC & CONTRACTORS this is going on for a LONG, LONG, LONG time....TT TaxPayers OPEN YOUR EYES.....

  • From all appearances, it would seem that the elected government too are in full support of the corruption at Pan Headquarters. If pan players do not take a stand ; this will continue into the next century, if pan survives that long. Pan and Pan-Players in danger.

    • I take it you mean in T&T, In the outside world it will survive as long as it stays out of the clutches of Pan Trinbago.
