Well there is a NEW PANORAMA DISCUSSION going on in some HIGH MUSIC CIRCLES on the GROUND in THE MECCA on the subject of SHADOW ARRANGERS

You see, long time in PANORAMA when yuh see an ARRANGER name on a banner or you see that ARRANGER "conducting" the band in the PANORAMA COMPETITION -- MOST DEF he was the man who arranged THE TUNE for the BAND.

PAN PEOPLE complaining about the LACK OF APPROPRIATE MUSIC available for PANORAMA PLAY this year -- and that really opens up a couple cans of worms!!!

First of all, allyuh SWEAR that PAN COULD PLAY ANY KINDA MUSIC -- but now man complaining that the CROP OF CALYPSOS this year NOT RIGHT FOR PAN.
