Is SOLO HARMONITES a TOWN BAND? I am looking at the PAUCITY of PANORAMA WINNERS from OUTSIDE OF TOWN!!!

(I stand to be corrected here!!!)

But only 4 STEELBANDS from outside of PORT-OF-SPAIN ever WON PANORAMA (LARGE BAND).

Well my NEW YORK ARRANGER strayed too far from PANORAMA FIRST BASE and got PICKED OFF by the JUDGES ...

... but in the end I felt sorry for THE PLAYERS. They had HIGH EXPECTATIONS but with that EXPERIMENTAL RHYTHM-ORIENTED ARRANGEMENT ... they were lucky to beat a CONVENTIONAL ARRANGEMENT like THE PHILLY CHEESE STEAK BAND.
