So what makes the TOWN BANDS win almost EVERY YEAR?
But the same pattern does not seem to apply to MEDIUM BANDS. Well i cannot say that I ever studied the results of the MEDIUM BAND PANORAMAS; as a matter of fact, I don't even know when the MEDIUM BAND PANORAMA began. So maybe TOWN BANDS dominate that too, but PAN ELDERS win quite a few in a row and they from SOUTH. And that could never happen in the LARGE BAND CATEGORY.
So if MARCUS ASH did DISCRIMINATE and only give SCHOLARSHIPS to bands from North of the Caroni river and West of Macoya Road -- then the man just PLAYING THE PERCENTAGES and you cannot call that GEOGRAPHIC DISCRIMINATION.
EXODUS REAL LUCKY!!! Because Macoya Road is not THAT FAR from ST. JOHN ROAD.
Ah wonder who draw DEM LINES, boy. Ah hear about gerrymandering with the PNM in TRINIDAD and the REPUBLICANS in AMERICA -- but ah never thought ah woulda hear about gerrymandering in WE PANORAMA.

Just letting you know that medium panorama began in 2004. As for the geographical results, it goes like this:-
•North - 2004, 2007, 2008, 2011 (tied with Tobago)
•East - 2005, 2006, 2009
•Tobago - 2010, 2011 (tied with North), 2012, 2013.
•South - 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019.
Also, the Eastern Region begins with Harmonites and go as far as Matelot (that's how I met it).
