To know the future you must return to the past, Despers was once one of the leading mas producing steel bands on carnival days. So this is a great move by Mr. Cox to bring Mas on the road with despers.I do hope other steel bands follow suit. We want more Mas producing steel bands on the road for 2017 Carnival. NUFF SAID.
