Take a bow folks. You are the most knowledgeable and engaged steelpan music fans anywhere. Over the this past weekend the Trinidad and Tobago Folk Art Society presented WST with a recognition award. With thousands of facebook members, 10,000 plus members on the WST Ning network and tens of thousands more on the WST online news-list, the WST internet family is one of largest active online global cultural communities.

I was disappointed that WST was not represented at the recent Steelfestt in Trinidad and Tobago.
