There are also chord and roll excercises too, most emphasizing 3rds and 6ths. The chord exercises are written for C, Bb, G, F and D. These aren't strum exercises but stacked thirds and 6ths that repeat a couple times before changing to help with beating spot targeting, seamless transisitions, muscle memory, etc
