It's a secret joy to be born on the same date as Kwame Ture, born Stokely Carmichael. Hence, it was important to read the books of an Icon of my earthday.
Kwame Ture was a Pan-African revolutionary, who held the rank of Honorary Prime Minister of the Black Panther Party (Philadelphia chapter). Born on June 29th 1941, in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, Ture was considered a “Black Messiah.
