Thanks Salah for the imput! Although I have been to the Mount many times, I have never noticed this structure or the remains of it. I would really like to know if it is still there or what it was renovated into. This picture always reminds me of how every endeavour begins. Very humble beginnings. A true taste of reality.
Wow!. Bertel ...Where did you dig this up? . It has to be pre - WW II. - This is the the first chapel higher up in the mountain further up to where the present location is now at... I will pass it around to the old alumni crew. Bandit might have some info also. Interesting historic photo. I will post a photo as to how it looks at the present time for a contrast....after all it does have a part of the Pan history
I ran into this Post Card a few years ago. Could anyone shed some light as to possible date and history? Folks like BANDIT and others associated with the Mount might be helpful.

Bertel,
This is what it looks like today ..the Abbey School ( with its Pan History) is no longer a school but a re-hab centre
