what a year in 1989. I remembered Desperadoes were awaiting Tobago's leg of results..to see if they made it to the semi -finals of the competition Despers had placed 17th and All Stars 18th in the preliminary round. Anxious moments on the hill. Eventually they made it and that final night offering should have won. Most people taught so but the judges had Renegades [6pts clear of desperadoes] as the winner. Phase II and Fonclaire tied for second... 3 pts adrift of Renegades.
Hey Salah, it would be great if you can connect with your friend Moose. I remember when I connected with 3 long time pan friends, Claude said that this site is not for connecting that's why we have FB but to me WST is the FB for pan. Glad I was able to bring back some memories to you and Ian. You know we have our own opinions on discussions but at the end of the day we are still friends. I wouldn't have it any other way. Blessings.
Moose is still here ...GREAT ..OH MAN ..FOR the last few years I got this wrong information that He had gone on home ahead of us. Thanks a million for that wonderful news Ian ....WOW! ..just great news
