Those early pioneers just had a way they stood as Ambassadors of Steelpan and Steelbands that makes me so proud. Thanks for the historic film. My father, managed the ever popular T&T and Grenada Pavilion at Expo '67 in Montreal where many learnt about the amazing instrument and players and marveled when they performed.

Thanks to the courage of Mr Hugh Borde in leading these young gifted panmen into a whole new world, which has since benefited too many to count, including my immediate family,the world was changed by this portion of steelband history, which is why my vision is to have this story become the biggest box office success, from the islands, its a fantastic story of gamble and faith leading to great rewards, there were lots of lessons and hardships along the way, but in the end a worthwhile journey. I know the movie will change even more lives..Thank you dad you remain my number one hero. Happy 4th July 2014 from too many of us to count..
