Sat-Nam{I salute the TRUTH In You}..I put my energy into changing the former 'Old Guard' in Pan-Trinbago [although some escaped,because Patrick Arnold did not want the 'Clean sweep'}.There HAVE been movements forward..the MILLIONS that Boogsie & PhaseII have been awarded cannot be pushed aside,"forget that?" NO! Junia Regrello was a member of Pan Trinbago's Executive..I worked to get him there! Moves, to limit players in Bands,were made{in part} to encourage Registered Pan Players to stay with their Original Bands, and not be going to 4,5,6,7 Bands..especially because they did not qualify. I helped Junia's Hoytonians whilst a member of Starlift so I am for the growth /multiplication of Community Steelbands. In that way I also support 'no limits' to number of Players. It should be up to the Bands to choose the Arranger..whilst grooming young Arrangers.Boogsie knows well about the 'One Arranger' vibe..I was in Starlift during the Ray Holman,Len Boogsie Sharpe 'conflict' and the PhaseII 'split'. I put on 'Flow Into Creative Cosmic Consciousness' in 1979 to stop the enmity vibes some people were trying to create between Ray & Boogsie. As Boogsie admits,we have people from all walks of life in the Pan-Family,& that's where we should draw Pan-Trinbago's Executive from,the Talent/Qualifications are there.I also have been advocating for at least Stage Sides to be 'on paid tours' on a continual basis."The Government' has been translated to mean 'Elected Representatives' to some;but 'Elected''Reps' are not 'The Gov't'..especially in a RE-PUBLIC,,THE PEOPLE ARE THE GOVERNMENT.. so anyone can be 'moved'. And since the Resources of our Country belong to the Citizens of our Country,we can voice our opinions and seek constructive/POSITIVE change:ALL AROUND! I handle External Relations for Parry's Pan School,and strive for the Uplift of ALL in the Pan World. I was also responsible for asking Ray to help then fledgeling Pan-Demonium Steelband..which brought out the"You can't arrange for more than One Band" vibe from Starlift members. We really have to Grow-Up & HONESTLY SEEK THE UPLIFT OF ALL WHO ARE GENUINELY SEEKING TO MOVE PAN & T&T CULTURE[GENERALLY] FORWARD.TEACH OUR YOUTH WELL!!! ASE!ASE!ASE!

Don, when speaking and writing about arrangers you must never forget the "SMOOTH MAN" Leon Edwards of ALL STARS he is not one to grab the spot light or conduct in front the band but has left us music that will never fade

All we have to do is listen to Boogsie and the way he speaks like he's a bad-john a real uneducated fool. The
problem is not so much Patrick Arnold but it's people like Boogsie who are all for themselves. God has Blessed
Boogsie with the talent that is the envy of many pan players the world over, however there's a dark side to this
man that many people won't dare to talk about. Could anyone in Phase 2 tell Boogsie that he's ever wrong? how
could he call Arnold a dictator when no one at Phase 2 would ever have the have the last word. Would he tell
anyone how he treated Mr. Hadeed while he was arranging a tune for Phase 2 while Boogsie was in jail for
beating up his wife. Boogsie is a real coward hiding behind the pan sticks. The people who is supporting his
out-burst and lack of respect probably has never finish standard four like he did. Boogsie may be BOSS at
Phase 2, but there a many other world pan players that can put him to shame. Robbie Greenidage, two left
Rudy Smith and many others who don't run their mouth but just let their music do the talking. Could Boogsie
run Pan Trinbago? who does he have in mind to do the job. Change is a good thing sometimes, and may-be
just may-be Mr. Arnold may need to get rid of those backstabbers who wants to see his demise from Pan Trinbago.
