I remember visiting Trinidad for carnival many years ago (I believe it was about 1979) and everyone was singing "Telco Poops".I visited the tent that year and was fortunate to see a young teacher/calypsonian named "Penguin", wearing coveralls with a tool belt and telephone handset hanging from his waist, prancing around the stage as he performed this catchy number.Well, Seadley Joseph, The Penguin has passed away, but his legacy remains.So R.I.P. Penguin, and to my Trini people, "Telco Poops"
