Hotel Plaza and Resturant was at the corner of St Vincent and Park streets just opposite of Globe Theatre across from Green Corner. The Transfer station was on the corner of Frederick and Park.
Is the guy on the side platform with the Black Jacket and White Cap the Conductor ? If there was a loss of Electricity I suppose that the Tram just stopped where it was when that happened so it means that the electrical supply had to be constant to avoid shut downs . Just shows how advanced POS was at that time to have such an elaborate transport system . Wish I could have rode on these Trams . Lovely Pic Indeed . Thanks .
The other possibility is the corner of Frederick and Park otherwise known as the Transfer Station. I wonder if any body has a map of the tram routes. If it is the Transfer station then it is a view looking south. I rode this route a lot and later the trolley buses but I just can't remember the downtown sections.
