Well in that case the same should apply to the Pan body PanTrinbago so the bands reps have no one to blame but themselves because they are the ones who keep voting the old heads back in office. It also seems as though when the different steelbands reps go to vote to elect PanTrinbago members they do not consult with their respective band members and that should be changed. Pan players from all bands must get involved in all aspects of decision making involving their bands. Only the two reps from each bands meets with PanTrinbago period. Ah lie !

Terry Matthews the arrangers pool is brutal, it has become very competitive, if they don't produce bands are  not afraid to change them, look at Exodus they brought in BJ to assist Palham, each band want to win.
