Well then type: renegades.co.tt in your browser and get not only the answer to the question but learn all there is to know about the world famous, BP Renegades Steel Orchestra, from their brand new web site.Developed for the band by Herman Brathwaite, the new site provides information on the history and development of the band from its inception in 1948, to present time. You can also flip through the profiles of the arrangers or learn of past, present and up coming events. You will find information there too of the Renegades Youth Steel Orchestra, but best of all, you can listen to recordings of live performances of their Festival Band, Stage Side and the Youth Steel Orchestra. So why then are you still wasting time reading this blog when you can simply check out the website instead. Beats me.

I love Renegades- Their years with Jit provided (in my opinion) some of the greatest steelband performances and arrangements in the history of the movement. Not that all the other bands are not incredible and equally as historically significant, I just personally love that band. I've been waiting for this site to launch, so thank you WST for the info!
