It's not you or your age, it's more about this age of technology we all live in, your operating system SPK1,2,or 3 Windows Vista, 7 or 8. Your display monitor has the biggest impact on whatyou see displayed.
You have the option to go into your Control Panel and view the display parameters. For example in Win 7 at the Display option, you can modify the text display by the percentage (small 100%, medium 125% or larger 150%).
Another option in the display feature is to "Adjust Clear Type Text" is a Microsoft Clear Type Font technology used for LCD monitors that makes the words on your computer screen look almost as sharp and clear as those printed on a piece of paper. Try playing with your computer display options if nothing improves maybe it time to consider an upgrade, you don't have to buy a new computer just a new graphic card to improve the display.
