PAN TRINBAGO has published a PRELIMINARY LIST of FINANCIAL BANDS showing 183 (ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THREE) in good financial standing and eligible to VOTE on October 28th.

Here is the breakdown by region:

EAST -- 59

NORTH -- 62
