Its about time that Steel bands have a vote of No Confidence in its President. Keith Diaz. This a man is a Parasite sucking the blood of The Pan men. He and his Cronies must Go. Steel bands are still waiting to be Paid for the Last Festival. This was the 1st Festival that neither an Audio or Video was made for Public enjoyment,, He uses Pantrinbago as His personal Piggy bank, but No Money for Pan. This Man should be in Jail. Keith Diaz must go before he destroys or Pan Culture.

Maybe it's time for Pan Trinbago and the panmen of TnT to consider a leader that does not necessarily come from the pan fraternity (i.e. a pan player) to lead the organization.

They could consider someone with the appropriate skills and vision to implement the required change in the organization to take it to the next level.

Just as the NCC put Alison Demas in charge, an entertainment lawyer by profession, who did not come out of the carnival practitioners, so too PT can find someone with leadership qualities and experience in institutional management instead of relying on less competent persons simply because they 'used to play pan'.

I agree with you 100%, but the "new breed" of pan people are cowards, and a large number are members of the "eat ah food" gang, they are only thinking of their band and what they can get for themselves, rather what's good for the whole organization, in the mean time, stories of corruption, nepotism are the order of the day.  In the old days he would have been gone long time, how much more mismanagement of the organization are they prepared to take before he's removed.  Can you imagine, he's using every trick to stay in office. "Boogsie" was so right in do something for Pan.  Ah shame for allyuh.
