Courts Babonneau Steel Orchestra has pulled a three-peat by winning the 2019 National Panorama Competition.

Every time i see somebody DEMONSTRATING an E-PAN I see them using their FINGERS to PLAY ... so is it a PAN or KEYBOARD in disguise or some other kind of GIZMO?

... but I would like to see a 6-MAN E-PAN BAND (plus ONE REAL TENOR PAN) touring the world and playing the E-PANS with PAN STICKS!!!

Well my NEW YORK ARRANGER strayed too far from PANORAMA FIRST BASE and got PICKED OFF by the JUDGES ...

... but in the end I felt sorry for THE PLAYERS. They had HIGH EXPECTATIONS but with that EXPERIMENTAL RHYTHM-ORIENTED ARRANGEMENT ... they were lucky to beat a CONVENTIONAL ARRANGEMENT like THE PHILLY CHEESE STEAK BAND.
